Vacarya LP ("Vacarya", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. Vacarya LP was formerly known as Baetelle LP. This policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when providing services to you through our websites, applications, and services that link to this policy (our "Services") and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA

Vacarya LP does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

This policy applies only to information we collect:

  • Through the Services.
  • In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, between you and the Services.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

SMS / Text Message Communications

By submitting a form on our website and checking the applicable consent box, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Vacarya LP. Messages may include application follow-ups, appointment and call reminders, account and service notifications, and, where you have separately consented, promotional messages about our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is approximately weekly but may vary. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who We Disclose Your Information To

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may also disclose personal data that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates, excluding mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our organization.

Marketing and Advertising

SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. To resume messages, reply START or opt in again through any form on our website.

Access and Deletion

You can review and change your personal data by logging into your account or by sending us an email at support@hostvacarya.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal data that you have provided to us.

California Residents

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us using the information in the "Contact Information" section below. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Nevada Residents

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request using the contact information below. Please note we do not currently sell data in any manner that would trigger that statute's opt-out requirements.
